Students Can Broadcast Their Finish Projects to Cable Community , Classrooms & Streaming Video with Turnkey School Broadcast Station (SBS)

Your school can have its own 24-hour cable channel/Streaming, broadcasting to classrooms and your community!
All you need is a cable line run to your school classroom from a cable company. Cable companies usually provide this free of charge to schools. There may already be a cable channel in which could be shared or assigned in your area. We will work with your cable company to set it all up.
What is it?
It's letting the community know what you are doing. A self-contained PR system, the school TV Broadcast Station has all the equipment, curriculum, template graphics, videos and music CDs your students need to broadcast news, weather, sports and school events to the community, using text, audio / music, graphics, and video. Teachers, PTA, clubs & other school groups can tell their stories. Students get the feel of an actual TV station with all the functions, responsibilities and excitement of being "live!" or taped.
The School Broadcast Station (SBS) has four functions: TV studio, broadcast studio, video production, and editing station.
How does it work?
A link to a local cable station allows students to operate the equipment right from their own "TV Station" in your classroom. They prepare for "on the air" jobs while producing sports events, school news, homework postings, class bulletin boards, yearbooks, radio shows, morning announcements, community announcements and remote emergency messages such as school closings.
Weather Forecasts:
Live weather forecasts are possible with special electronic instruments that gauge temperature, wind speed and direction, wind chill and rainfall. Current weather crawls across top or bottom of the screen. Weather information is from the actual school location.
The "Hook"
The "hook" is that students run the operation. What a powerful PR tool for your school! The community has a front row seat to your students' broadcasts live or taped.
Grading & Testing:
Students are graded on graphics, audio, calibrating weather, building text and producing TV news stories. This SBS has science and math and uses the Internet.
